The Japanese Noragi Jacket is one of the most traditional of Japanese work clothing worn by all classes of the working class including farmers and laborers. Typically the jacket was made in the home with homespun cotton that was also made by the family. My jacket is made using only Japanese indigo cottons and Japanese cottons. It is also made in exactly like the real thing I studied originals and have directly copied the exact hand sewing and some machine sewing technique seen on these unique garments.
Worn as an other layer the cotton used is wonderful as a light weight everyday jacket or as a jacket to protect clothing underneath. It is a loose fitting garment and the jacket comes 5 in sizes chest/bust size that covers several measurements:
Extra Small (30"-33")
Extra Large (45"-48")
